Pricing

One fee. Seats are free.

One charge per submitted application. Nothing else — no seat licenses, no platform minimum, no per-document charge. Put your whole staff on it, including the people who only need to look something up once a month.

Per submitted application

$135 per application

The more you buy, the less each one costs. Ask us about volume pricing.

The application is the unit. Inviting a household reserves a credit, and it is spent only when they submit. It carries them all the way through — the guided application, every document upload and re-upload, every evaluation, every follow-up exchange, and the archived record afterward.

  • Unlimited staff seats
  • Unlimited document uploads and re-uploads
  • Unlimited evaluations and follow-up requests
  • Unlimited certifications
  • Full audit history and archived record
  • No ongoing fees to archive applications

Buying in volume

Credits bought in bulk are discounted. Tell us about your programs, how many applications you expect in a year, and whether you administer for one municipality or many, and we’ll quote a volume rate.

Why not per seat

Per-seat pricing puts a price on accountability.

Every platform that licenses by seat quietly pushes agencies to share one login, leave the compliance monitor out, and keep the part-time clerk on paper. That is a worse record, produced to save a subscription line.

Put everyone on it

Reviewers, the intake clerk, the executive director, the person who covers August. Adding a seat costs nothing, so nobody has a reason to share credentials.

The cost matches the work

A quiet quarter costs you less than a busy one, automatically. There is no subscription running against an empty pipeline.

One number to budget

Applications planned × one rate. No seat count to forecast, no overage to reconcile, no tier to outgrow mid-cycle.

Every seat is accountable

Shared logins destroy an audit trail. When seats are free, every action on a file belongs to a named person.

Worth stating plainly

Applicants are never charged

There is no applicant-side fee of any kind, ever. The housing organization is the customer.

Nothing is metered along the way

A household that needs eleven uploads and four rounds of follow-up costs the same as one that needs three. Thoroughness is never a surcharge.

You pay for applications, not attempts

Inviting a household only reserves a credit. If they withdraw, you close the application, or it sits untouched for 14 days before it is submitted, the credit comes back. Casting a wide net during an intake period doesn’t inflate the invoice.

Payment never touches applicant data

Billing runs through a hosted checkout. Applicant records are not exposed to the payment processor.
