Text Message Opt-In

Affordable Housing Technologies Inc, operating as Applyfi

This is the actual consent control from our application form, shown here outside the login so that it can be reviewed. It is inert — nothing on this page is submitted or recorded.

Where this appears

People apply through Applyfi by invitation from the housing authority or affordable-housing property manager running the program. After following that invitation and creating an account, an applicant reaches the first step of the application, Your Information, which asks for their contact details. The consent control below sits directly beneath the phone number it refers to.

The opt-in, exactly as shown

Contact Information

(555) 555-5555

The box is unchecked by default, as shown. Nobody is enrolled automatically, and consent is never a condition of applying for housing — an applicant who leaves it unticked completes their application exactly as any other applicant does, and hears from us by email and through the portal instead.

What happens next

Ticking the box records that consent on its own, at the moment it is given, against the phone number shown and the exact wording above. It is not bundled with submitting the application or with agreeing to any other terms, and it can be withdrawn at any time by unticking the box or by replying STOP to any message.

The messages themselves are transactional and tied to one application — status updates, requests for a missing document, and reminders about outstanding items. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.

Full details are in the SMS Terms & Consent and the Privacy Policy.
